These terms apply to your use of the GamerDX app, provided by GamerDX. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Contact: hello@gamerdx.app.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can stop using GamerDX and delete your account at any time from More → Legal & account → Delete account.

What GamerDX does

GamerDX helps you catalogue your games collection and see indicative market values. It is a personal collection tool, not a shop, marketplace or valuation service.

The app is provided free of charge. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

Prices and data accuracy

GamerDX is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CeX (Complete Entertainment Exchange), WeBuy or RAWG. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Prices are taken from publicly available CeX UK listings, converted to your currency and checked periodically. They may be out of date, inaccurate or matched to the wrong product, and are not an offer or a guarantee of what CeX or anyone else will charge or pay.

Collection values, profit figures and trade-in estimates are estimates only. Always confirm prices on uk.webuy.com or in store, and do not rely on GamerDX for insurance, tax, legal or financial decisions.

Game details and box art come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: for example, don't try to break its security, overload or scrape the service, access other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You own the collection information you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep GamerDX running smoothly but provide it "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or that data from third-party sources will be accurate. Please export your collection regularly as a backup.

To the extent permitted by law, GamerDX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from decisions made using prices or values shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

App stores

If you downloaded GamerDX from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know in the app; continuing to use GamerDX means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
